Sites which are easily available from major cities by car/or public transport.

Land that allows for minimal-impact, eco-friendly setups (solar, water tanks, composting toilets) in harmony with the environment.
Land that offers a safe environment for guests — free from risks like flooding, dangerous wildlife near pods, or security concerns.
Land with scenic views, forest edges, mountain backdrops, rivers, or open countryside that gives guests a true escape.

Definitely! We'll only ever agree a cabin site where guests are out of your way, on land that you don't have a regular need to access.
Our cabins are off-grid with the exception of the need for a mains water connection.
